References to HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and CMMC describe the control frameworks PEXIVA designs and operates client environments to align with — typically on top of certified cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. They are not a claim that PEXIVA itself holds those certifications, or that any outcome is "certified" absent a formal attestation.
Certification and regulatory obligations — including HIPAA Business Associate status and signed BAAs — are scoped per engagement and per client. Any organizational certifications PEXIVA holds are stated explicitly and evidenced on request.
