Privacy Policy
How PEXIVA Technologies collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us — and the choices you have.
Last updated: May 2026.
Information we collect
When you contact us, submit a form, or use the Pexiva Assistant, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, work email, company, role, and a description of your inquiry, plus optional fields such as phone or timeline.
We collect limited technical data (such as basic analytics) needed to operate and improve the site. We ask that you do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the website or chat.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right team, and manage our relationship with you. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We may use third-party processors (for example, for email delivery, hosting, analytics, or the assistant) strictly to provide these services. Where an AI assistant is used, see the AI Assistant Use page for details on data handling and any model providers involved.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and it does not sell or share your information for advertising. We use only what is necessary for the site to function. We do not currently run third-party analytics; if we enable privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide a consent mechanism before any non-essential cookies or tracking are used.
The “Ask PEXIVA” assistant runs in your browser and does not require cookies to operate. Any details you choose to submit through the assistant or a form are handled as described above and in our AI Assistant Use notice.
Retention
We keep inquiry and lead information only as long as needed to follow up and meet legitimate business and legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
Applicant data & file uploads
When you apply through our Careers form, we collect the contact details, work-authorization responses, and any resume or document file you choose to upload, and we use them only to evaluate your application and communicate with you about it. Resume files are stored with our form provider and reviewed by the hiring team; we retain applicant information only as long as needed for the recruiting process and applicable record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it. Voluntary self-identification responses (such as gender, veteran status, or ethnicity) are optional, are not used in hiring decisions, and are kept separate from application review where required.
AI assistant ("Ask Pexiva")
Conversations with our website assistant may be stored and reviewed by PEXIVA to operate, support, and improve the service. Please do not share confidential, sensitive, or regulated information in the assistant. We retain assistant messages only as long as needed for these purposes and then delete or anonymize them. See our AI Use page for how the assistant works and which providers process messages.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR and US state laws such as CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these, contact privacy@pexivatechnologies.com.
