Where does your IT actually stand?

A vendor-neutral self-assessment across the five areas that decide whether technology helps or holds you back — Platform, Solutions, Process, Systems, and Security & Compliance. Tell us your industry and we tailor a few extra questions to it. After a quick registration, choose the areas relevant to you and rate them — your maturity radar builds in real time, and you leave with your current status and your top three gaps. The self-assessment takes about 7 minutes; if you want it pressure-tested, a PEXIVA expert can run a free 1-hour review with you.

How scoring works

Five levels, five lenses, one honest read.

The five levels follow the standard maturity curve. Your pillar and overall scores are the average of the domains you rate — so partial answers still give a useful picture.

1 · Initial

Ad-hoc and reactive. It works because individuals make it work.

2 · Developing

Some repeatable practices, unevenly applied.

3 · Defined

Standardized and documented across the team.

4 · Managed

Measured and governed against metrics and targets.

5 · Optimized

Automated and continuously improving.

Questions, answered

About this tool.

Is it free, and do I need to register?

The assessment is free. A short registration (name, work email, company, title, and purpose) is required so we can send your results and a specialist can follow up if you want. It takes about 7 minutes to complete once you start.

Is it tied to a specific cloud or vendor?

No. It's vendor-neutral — the domains apply whether you run on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, on-prem, or a mix. The point is your maturity, not a product fit.

How accurate is a self-assessment?

It's a directional baseline — useful for spotting where to focus, not an audit. The free 1-hour review with an industry practitioner turns the baseline into a validated, prioritized plan.

What happens to my details and answers?

Your registration details are sent to PEXIVA so we can share your results and follow up; we handle them per the Privacy Policy. Your domain ratings are scored in your browser as you go.
